Do not commission me to do any of the following:

❌ Anything that involves gore or child pornography or any form of abuse ❌

If I don't feel comfortable about the commission for whatever reason, I will turn down your commission. If you have already paid me, I will send you back the money.

If you pester me incessantly with these kinds of requests or insist I make something against my will after I have already declined your commission, I will kindly ask for you to GTFO and you'll officially be included in my blacklist.

📜 In-Depth Terms and Conditions 📜

By commissioning my services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

I. General Terms

• Please be clear and concise with your requests. Supported languages are English and Tagalog. Do not send me a massive wall of text.
• Provide me references and details I can use for your commission.
• Please ensure you have viewed my art portfolio at www.zippyzipper.blogspot.com prior to commissioning my services. I have the right to refuse your commission if I feel I cannot deliver your desired result.
• Please be polite. Rude and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and I reserve every right to decline your commission should you display such.

II. Payment

• All commissions must be paid in full, upfront, and through PayPal unless stated otherwise. You will be mailed an invoice prior to payment.
• Payment currency must be in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

III. Process

• Work on your commission will only begin once I have received payment.
• Work in Progress files (WIPs) for your commission will only be presented upon request.
• WIPs may be presented if I wish to inquire further regarding the commission.
• The time it takes to complete your commission may take up to three (3) weeks, depending on factors such as health, order of the commission, complexity of the commission, work, school, or family issues. I will notify you as soon as possible should such situations arise.

IV. Customer Satisfaction

• Once a commission is finished, only small changes to the commission are allowed.
• Major changes to the commission will have additional charges (outfit changes, such as coloring and marking mistakes. redesigns, change of background, or anything that requires me to change the art completely).
• If your reference was unclear from the beginning, then you are not allowed to perform any minor changes without a fee.

V. Copyright and Usage Policy

• As the artist, I reserve every right to the commission. Therefore, I can use the commission to promote myself in any public space/website, display it anywhere I please, and use it in publications.
• As the commissioner, you can use the copyrighted work for personal use, unless agreed otherwise. You can print the commission, and claim the characters within as your own, but you cannot claim the art itself.
• When purchasing a Twitch emote/icon, you are also purchasing the exclusive rights to use these in your Twitch channel and your Discord server. If you wish to sell merchandise featuring them, you must purchase commercial rights for all the artwork you intend to use.
• Any instance of copyright infringement will revoke any rights you had on the commission.
• The following are considered copyright infringement: Commercial use and/or reproduction of the copyrighted work without permission, not crediting me as the creator of the artwork, removal of watermarks/signatures, and altering the work without my consent.
• Purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of the original price. With commercial rights, you can make any kind of merch from the artwork. You can promote your brand, place it on shirts, books, and other merchandise with it. You must still credit me to use the artwork, even if edited/altered.

VI. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• I have the right to cancel for any reason and refund your money at any time.
• You cannot cancel nor demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received.
• If the money has not been sent to me, you have every right to cancel the commission.
• If you file a chargeback against me, all your rights to everything you have requested from me will be immediately revoked and I have the right to sell the artwork to other clients. You will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me in the future, and your name will be posted on a public watchlist for other artists. I reserve the right to file a complaint against you and I have full rights to all money paid to me.
