Etherei's friend and the romantic interest of Eth's sister, Hailey. A former Enerhija Knight Bastion who served with the Knighthood until he and his squad mates were abducted by inhumane scientists who performed genetic experiments on them. Myrto's Enerhija genes were infused with that of Tolken and Skoven, transforming him into a beastly hybrid of all three.

The experiments done on him gave him immense strength, agility, and even sharpened senses. They have also allowed him to freely wield and generate fire. Inversely, they also addled his brain, leaving him unable to string together even basic sentences or talk to others coherently, much to his frustration. After being freed from his captors, he seeks a way to undo his transformation and hopes that by journeying with Etherei and Zephyr, he would find a solution eventually.

I was honestly very daunted about painting in the water wheel... Looking at it now, though--dang, this thing looks satisfying as heck. The draft version was more detailed but I think this simpler one works better to maintain the aesthetic.

My first commission as a serious freelance artist ✨ Only posted now because I was waiting for some of my client's final input on my work.

It was the first time I worked on stylizing a font from scratch. I'm not very familiar with that sort of thing... I'm glad it all mostly worked out though. 😄

Maybe I shall look into learning more about creating letters and fonts. I will continue to focus more on illustrations and characters, however.

Super Special Fish Dish

I made my girlfriend a Valentine's card on stream. 💕 I'm trying to get used to making stuff to commemorate various holidays, because I'm almost always so lazy and uninterested in making them. I hope to try and change that this year. 😅

It was supposed to have a pink background but I didn't like it, so I changed it to something green instead. Now it looks more pleasing to my senses. 🥰

Happy Valentine's Day all. 💕 Hope you guys have a lovely day, be it with your significant other or even just by yourself. And even if you are just by yourself, think of it this way: you can't learn to love others if you don't start loving yourself first, so just take this opportunity to love yourself by just treating yourself right. 😌

Kaien's Garden

A commission I made for my friend, KageroSimba 😊 It was a request to draw her dog, Kaien, in a flower garden. It turned out to look more like a forest glade rather than a garden, though... 😅

I had never drawn a shiba inu before. While I had reference pictures of Kaien, I was, at the same time, combing through Pinterest for a bunch of shiba inus in different poses just to get a feel for how I can draw them in my own style. Kaien was also supposed to be in the center of the painting, but lately I find myself viewing most detailed background images with the rule of thirds, and so he ended up where a large fern was meant to be. Rather than having an afternoon nap, here he is, sniffing this cute little flower that stands out from all the rest.

This piece employed a lot of elements that I was very used to. But I was also doing a lot of experimenting especially near the end of it: I discovered how to make these pleasant light effects that gave the illusion of sunlight filtering down a leafy canopy. It really helped give my painting more life and warmth.

Likes: Peace and quiet, having a friend, helping others, fishing, lemon bars, Gnocchi Azulea (potato dumplings in béchamel, powdered cheddar, asparagus, and lemons), cats

Dislikes: Bullies, people oppressing others, being unable to stand up for himself, the feeling of helplessness

A former Enerhija knight part of a squadron of Recons were sent into the Prismato Depths to investigate reports of disappearing Enerhija. However, his squadron was attacked by the Shadow Flux, which manifested into horrific amalgamations that consumed his squad mates one-by-one. At the end of the Depths, he manages to escape after being saved a mysterious light that brings him to the world of the Aether, thus leaving him the only survivor of Recon Squad Sigma.

Quiet and meek, he is often the target of bullying by his older peers. Despite this, he willingly offers a hand to help others at the cost of himself, though he often has a difficult time refusing even when he feels highly uncomfortable.

Seafoam

OwO? What's this? I'm dabbling in other art styles and drawing something that isn't just characters?? BLASPHEMY Why, yes. 😌 This is how we're starting February, guys. 😂

I was lurking on Skillshare while at work yesterday and found this lovely class about painting the ocean. The teacher's medium was on Procreate but it nonetheless pushed me to attempt to recreate a version of the piece on Photoshop. It worked, with some personal changes of course. 😄

I just wish I could figure out where in the balls the foamy dry ink brush in Photoshop is, though. 😑 In the end I settled for a slippery, wet brush to paint the foam, and made a sort of gritty texture brush to blend the different shades of blue together.

I really love this summery piece. It's so different from what I usually do, and I'd love to make more! I'd definitely slap something like this on a tee. Actually, I should definitely do that. 😎⛵
